Zombie Research
Zombie comes under an entirely different genre. The number one grossing film made is Sony pictures Hotel Transylvania. This is an animated film with an age classification of U. It is not the direction that our group have decided to go with simply as it is not fitting for the audience we had previously plan and would not have the required amount of scare and Gore featured in it. Zombieland was ranked number 2 on Box Office mojo.
This has a sub-genre on comedy which shows that like scream, comedy can sometimes be successful. However when compare with the success of the opening weekend, Dawn of the dead was ranked in the number 2 position, making $26,722,575. This is significant as it is one of the films we have chosen to pay homage to in our horror. (BD)
